February Hair Highlights

February was another great month for my clients hair. He are a few of my favorites! I have been switching a lot of my clients formula’s over to a newer brand at Tomahawk called Pulp Riot. These are just a few of the amazing super pigmented colors that they have to offer.

natural balayage low maintenance hair

I know I am always showing off all the bright colors that I do, but in case you aren’t as daring, or your work won’t allow crazy colors, I also love doing pretty natural balayages. My client Amy funny enough came to me about 9 years ago to color her hair as bright pink as her shirt. She’s since changed professions and has been traveling a lot so she needed something a little more natural with a lot less maintenance. I made her a beautiful dark blonde with a balayage building the roots into the so that she only has to come see me when she has time, not when her hair tells her its time.

Let’s talk Goals!

2020 came in super fast and I can’t believe it’s already February!  It feels like yesterday that Tomahawk Salon opened its doors, but the reality is we are coming up on our 10th year!  And the best part is some of you have been with me that long!  

For this year I decided that I was going to become the business woman that I should have always been and really start building myself, my brand, and my business.  

So what does that mean for us?

I built my website because I want to interact with you more than just when you are in my chair, to not only keep you informed on what is going on with me, but also to keep you informed on all things hair!  I plan on blogging tips and tricks that I have learned through my 15+ years of a stylist.  If you are my client, you know I love educating you about your hair, this blog will make that even easier!  And the best part is its now so easy to get in touch with me.  Feel free to e-mail me any questions you have, big or small, maybe you will even spark a blog post for me.

I also created a mailing list for all of my clients (and non-clients!) to join so I can keep you posted on any schedule changes, new awesome products, and any other hair related news I can think of.  If you haven’t already, please sign up in the sidebar!  You won’t regret it!  In the mailer I would also like to spotlight some of my talented clients because one of the best parts of being a stylist is that I get to meet so many people that have all different skills and professions, and I’d love to share some of you so we can all network and grow.
